  • Flat Abs 4 Spring Break 6 Week Challenge

    Starts Feb 22, 2016 and ends April 3, 2016. Your spring readiness program begins now!! Roughly about 6 weeks till spring break; we don’t have time to waste. Let’s start working on those flat abs right away!

  • What Gets Measured Gets Improved

    Throughout this challenge, your coaches along with other members of the challenge team will be holding you accountable towards achieving your slimmer waistline! At the beginning and end we will measure the difference in your waiste (via the measuring tape) to see how wany inches we melted from your waistline. Don’t be surprised if your pants are fitting you very loosely at the end of this challenge!

  • Progress/Accountabilty/Q & A Calls

    To help you stay on track with will be hosting 3 separate coaching/accountability/ Q & A calls to help you get started off on the right track and keep you on track through the duration of the challenge. These calls will be covering our top diet secrets for flat abs and it will give you the opportunity to get any of your pressing questions answered by a fitness coach!
