    Starts June 5, 2019 and ends July 2, 2019. We are limiting this challenge to 28 days in order to allow you to focus on achieving the most results before the Independence Day Holiday (4th Of July)!! We understand that losing 2-3 inches of your belly in 28-Days is no small feet. That’s why this challenge is all about holding you accountable on your boot camp workouts, nutrition, cardio, plus adding in additional core workouts. Everything you need to be summer ready in no time!

  • Points Based Challenge System

    This challenge will be a points based (individual) challenge that is not only going to help you achieve your fitness goals quickly, but will help you establish healthy habits for a lean, toned, and healthy body for years to come. The next 28 days will be all about mastering the MAX IMPACT Fitness Success Blueprint and flattening your belly fast while doing it.

  • Progress Tracking/Accountability/Q & A Sessions

    To help you stay on track, not only will you have the accountability of your coaches, but there will be a peer accountability system.
