Where are you located?
If I am out of shape can I still do the program?
Absolutely, we have modifications for every exercise and we can scale the workouts to your fitness level. We also limit session sizes to prevent overcrowding, and most session feature two certified coaches so we can give our new members extra help when needed.
Does this program include a nutrition plan too?
Yes, we will tell you exactly what and when to eat so you can easily reach your fitness goals.
What's the difference between this and Crossfit?
Crossfit is designed primarily for performance and competition and although our program can improve your performance that is not our primary goal. Our program is designed primarily for maximum fat loss and toning for women. So our workouts focus on tightening and toning typical problem areas for women such as butt, hips, arms, flat abs, and more.

What's the difference between this and other Boot Camps?
Many other bootcamps and programs are cardio based. Meaning there primary focus is to have you spend anywhere from 30min-1hr doing mainly cardio based activities. What separates our bootcamp program from the rest is our program is strength based. Meaning, although we incorporate High Intensity cardio into our workouts to keep your heart rate pumping, our workouts are designed to help you tone your body through resistance training. So not only do you burn fat from the cardio in our workouts , but you will also tone your body and increase your metabolism like never before. This essentially turns your body into a toned, 24hr fat burning machine!
