12 Days Of Christmas Workout Challenge

Similar to the Christmas Carol “The Twelve Days Of Christmas”, we created a special workout with a similar theme. “The Twelve Days of Christmas” is a cumulative song, meaning that each verse is built on top of the previous verses. There are twelve verses, each describing a gift given by “my true love” on one of the twelve days of Christmas…. So we flipped that on it’s head and instead of 12 gifts, we used 12 different exercises to be built on cumulatively just like in the song. The goal with the 12 days of Christmas Workout Challenge is to complete the workout in full with the fastest time possible!!

Participants completed the workout in times varying from 24-45min.

#1) 1xBurpee + 1 Minute Plank
#2) 2xPush Ups
#3) 3xTricep Extensions
#4) 4xElbow to Knee Squats
#5) 5xMountain Climbers (5 Each Leg)
#6) 6xStationary Lunges (6 Each Leg)
#7) 7xJumping Jacks
#8) 8xShoulder Press
#9) 9xV-Ups
#10) 10xAlt Toe Touches (10 each side)
#11) 11xLeg Lifts
#12) 12xBurpees
